I'm listening to this song on the way home today. Noone beats Mariah. I can relate to the taking something to make sure you fall asleep thing. I did that last night as well. That emergency extra "relaxing" pill I have in my little case is literally just what the doctor ordered sometimes.

I really relate to my own hardships being somehow linked with songs that are to others totally irrelevant with what I'm going through, but I don't know, they're like a comfort in my mind. Somehow. That's what I felt by reading this!

Having sleepless nights is the worst! Just gets into the next day. And having not slept well since 2 days it is exhausting with the work and life.

Not a sleep expert, but a good Yoga Nidra can sure help you put in good deep rest. ✨ You should try it.

Ugh, that sucks. I am all too familiar with the having to drag yourself through your day. Not getting to sleep much at night though, that has to make it all the worse 😵‍💫

But I hope that in spite of that, you have good Thursday-pretending-to-be-Sunday… or was it Sunday-pretending-to-be-Thursday?? I lost myself there now 🤭

It’s a challenge but something I’m always working on. I have a sleep app that sometimes I wonder if it’s more of a hindrance than a help but i keep using it because I love data.
